Cristy began to study massage therapy in September 2003. She quickly realized that she had a deep passion for anatomy and kinesiology and graduated at the top of her class from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in December 2006. She is currently working toward her Bachelor of Health Science Degree with Thompson Rivers University while continuing to develop her practice here in Victoria.
Cristy has completed 2 Human Anatomy pro-sections where she participated in a human dissection anatomy review and was able to see first hand the muscles and connective tissue that she works with on a daily basis. She looks forward to January 2013 where she will join Thomas Myers in Tempe Arizona for a 5 day full body dissection where she will be able to participate. Cristy feels as though this will be a remarkable and invaluable experience that will further improve her ability to assess and treat the body.
Cristy is excited to announce her recent graduation from the Kinesis Myofascial Integration program in Seattle Washington this December. This certification and recent successfull completion of the CBSI exam has given her the neccessary credentials to practice as a board certified structural integtator both here in Canada as well as internationally. Her knowledge and passion for understanding the myofascial system is what lead her on this educational journey, and she looks forward to incorporating this cutting edge treatment alongside her regular massage therapy practice.

A background as a schoolteacher, specializing with Autistic, ADD and gifted children, led me to follow my passion for optimizing the cognitive and behavioral states of being. From there I pursued studies as a clinical nutritionist and master herbalist in support of the relationship between nutrition and how we relate to our environment.
Health and Wellness lecturing nationwide, retail product training, Health Show Presentations, Chiropractic and Massage Clinic Patient Seminars, Focus Study Groups and frequent article contributions to popular health magazines are but a few of my accomplishments. I have participated with the natural bodybuilding industry offering a clinical perspective to athletes in training and served as a Provincial Natural Body Building Judge for six years.

Meg has been highly intuitive since early childhood and her ability to
empathize with people is very deep. Upon visiting Findhorn in 1998, she started seeing auras around people even when closing her eyes. Ability to always see colored aura somewhat dissipated but the experience led her into a state of seeing, feeling, hearing and sensing vibration/energy around everything. In early 2005, empathy towards others got stronger all of the sudden and her body started to pick up pain from people around her. It was not only their physical pain but also their mental agony as well and this experience made her question what she could do with it.
Quantum-Touch was introduced to her during this period and it immediately clicked. Since then, instead of her body picking up someone else's condition, necessary information has been given to her in different manners.
